When will my order ship?

Ready made items will be shipped within 5 business days, while on made-to-order items the turnaround is about 5 weeks. Pottery making takes time, but it will be sure worth it! Please see the Shipping and Returns page for more information.

 

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, I do, but please note that for international orders RossLab is not responsible for any international customs or duties that may be imposed. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. Please see the Shipping and Returns page for more information.

 

Do I have to pay taxes or import fees?

California residents will be charged an 9% sales tax.

Import fees to other countries vary and can’t be estimated, but please note they will be requested at delivery and are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your customs office for further details. 

 

Is my transaction secure?

All transactions are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption and your credit card information is never stored. We value your privacy, and the information collected is solely used to contact you about your order, if needed.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

How should I care for my handmade ceramics?

All my ceramics are food-safe and lead-free. They are also dishwasher and microwave safe, although hand washing and infrequent microwave use for unglazed items will prolong the life of your piece.

 

What about wholesale orders?
