Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

All ready-made ceramics are typically shipped within 5 business days. I do my best to keep up with my stock, but due to demand, some items may be backorder and take up to 5 weeks to ship. Each item on my site is clearly listed as ready to ship or made to order, so please read the description before purchasing.

I ship via USPS to US and international addresses. Approximate delivery times are 3-5 days for US, 1-2 weeks for Canada, and 2-3 weeks for Europe and other destinations. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and decrease when multiple items are purchased. I do my best to offer affordable shipping rate, but please keep in mind ceramics are heavy and require a particularly protective packaging, so postage reflects this.

Please note California residents will be charged an 8.75% sales tax, and that for international orders RossLab is not responsible for any international customs or duties that may be imposed. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.

I gift wrap every item in a unique way and I package my pieces with the most care to ensure their safe arrival. I believe in recycling and I do like to reuse like-new boxes and materials when possible. Apart from reusing, I always buy recyclable and/or compostable packaging materials.


. . . DELAYS . . .

In the event of any delays to the above-mentioned processing terms, we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible. Delay occured during the transport is beyond RossLab responsibility. If you need a piece by an exact date, I advise you to buy it well in advance, especially during the holiday season. If you plan to buy a made-to-order item make sure you can allow 5 weeks circa plus delivery time.


. . . LOSS & DAMAGE . . .

I take good care of packing my ceramics so they arrive safely to you, but if upon receiving your purchase the item is damaged, contact me right away. Please send me a picture of the item, the inside and outside packaging, and I will try to set things right.
If you haven't received your purchase by the above-mentioned delivery times, let me know and I will do my best to track it for you.


Returns & Exchanges

I make every effort to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable and I hope that you will love my handmade ceramics. If you are not satisfied, please let me know immediately and and we will work together to make things right.

Returns and exchanges on unused/unworn  items will be considered on a case-by-case basis, can only be requested within three days from receiving your purchase and must be authorized by RossLab. Any shipping costs and import fees involved in the process are not refundable.

Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
